There are 2 things that I am waiting to see from GE:
1) buy back of bonds at a steep discount
2) debt swap for the shares purchased back from DRYS

other than the 30% short volume, debt is the primary reason why ORIG is trading where it is. Resolving those issues will allow the pps to move significantly higher.
