need to petition the state court in Clark County (I think, but you can check). The court requires some background info and you must pay the $4100 within the specified time plus file the due annual reports.
The bigger issue is how much they owe VStock. I guarantee Alonzo is delinquent on that bill. But they would probably settle for a percentage of what's owed.
This POS could never be audited and likely every lender owed would be asking for their shares.

This is all Alonzo had to do (see below). It seems really odd as to why Sonfield advised him as he did. I think Huffman threatened Alonzo by exposing him to NV for fraud if he didn't settle.
