News - Cool Technologies Completes Successful Demonstration of Its Mobile Power Generation System

Not sure if others are aware, but a group of private investors who partook in deals back in 2014 are suing the company for failure to register the shares within a certain timeframe as was agreed in the purchase agreement as well as for false claims. Those shares are still not registered and have not been accounted for in total shares outstanding. I don't think anyone really knows what that amount is.
