No Samuel Oshana did not receive any ban, and as far as I can tell only Oshana's company, IBC Funds LLC, was ordered by the SEC to cease and desist from committing or causing any violations and any future violations of Section 15(a) of the Exchange Act and Sections 5(a) and 5(c) of the Securities Act

Which is why Samuel Oshana stopped using IBC Funds LLC and started using Rockwell Capital Partners LLC.

Apparently, Samuel Oshana also runs Rockwell Capital Partners Inc which has been involved in a bunch of debt transactions with public companies as well.

You'll find this interesting. According to a law suit that a different public company filed against Rockwell Capital Partners Inc and Samuel Oshana, Oshana had a kick back arrangement with a public company that was exactly like one of the deals described in the SEC Order against IBC Funds LLC.

https://promotionstocksecrets.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/12/CDIIRockwellKickBack.pdf

If you read that Complaint you'll see that Oshana was only required to pay a portion of the debt up front then he was using proceeds from the sale of the discounted free trading stock into the market to raise the funds needed to pay off the rest of the debt. That is an illegal kickback arrangement. Apparently the public company's beef is that they believed that Rockwell Capital Partners Inc (Samuel Oshana) was only supposed to sell stock until the debt was paid back then the share selling was supposed to cease. Oshana didn't stop and kept converting and selling stock until the entire debt was used up pocketed like $2 million for himself while killing the share price.

It sure makes you wonder if something similar might be going on with MYDX where Rockwell is selling the stock first then paying back portions of the debts from the proceeds of the stock sales which would be very illegal kick back scheme of sorts as was clearly pointed out in the IBC Funds LLC SEC Order.

https://www.sec.gov/litigation/admin/2016/33-10042.pdf

Then there is the whole debate about how legitimate these MYDX debts even are to begin with, but I won't get back into that in this post I already sort of talked about that in this post

I also find it interesting that the attorney used to provide all the legal opinions for all the stock conversions for Rockwell Capital Partners Inc in that law suit linked above was Matheau J W Stout.

Matheau J W Stout is the attorney that was hired by Nova Smart Solutions Inc when they attempted to go public in January 2016

https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1649801/000160706216000574/ex5_1.htm

https://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcompany&CIK=0001649801

And Nova Smart Solutions Inc is the parent company of TalentCloud Ltd which is the main company transferring debt to Rockwell Capital Partners LLC. You are beginning to see how this whole cycle (of debt creation ----> debt transfer ----> share selling ---> cash) was created.

Kind of similar to how Phoenix Fund Management LLC had pre-existing links to Investor Relations Partners in that debt creation ----> debt transfer ----> share selling ----> cash cycle

I'd be willing to bet that Matheau J W Stout is providing the attorney letters for the TA for the Rockwell Capital Partners LLC share issuances in MYDX.

I'm pretty sure the SEC would have a strong interest in Samuel Oshana's new 3(a)(10) exemption deals through his Rockwell entities. Feel free to use any information I posted if you do end up contacting the SEC to clue them in.
