It seems like URBF is ban from trading in Canadian stocks because they fail too provide the necessary documents. (Which is no big deal after they have been bought by Bevo Agro). But I see this shouldn't be a problem in the APA agreement because based on the agreement URBF is responsible for physical transfers to BVO. BVO is suppose to be responsible for all costs.
But remember they're not supposed to disclose the "financial or other material terms of this agreement" & "under circumstances that reasonably ensure the confidentiality thereof, or to the extent required by law"...
Which is why I don't weight the CTO as a concern at all. It's like..."Pshh, no big deal."
