I thought the same thing and realize something. Bevo Argo does not want to carry too much baggage, so R/S is the best way to reduce the number of shares, so it's easier for Bevo Argo to absorb URBF when the time comes.

There is only 25 million shares. The filing shows it.

Bevo Argo is going to absorb URBF to use it's ticker to tap into the US Market. Plain and simple.

They want to keep the cost down as much as possible to minimize losses.
