QPAGOS Comments On Recent Market Activity

So QPAG released a PR on the recent promo stuff. Basically they know nothing about it is what they are saying, that is, who is behind it. Interesting, but hey, remember where it was reported first - HERE! Nice.

Now QPAG is becoming attractive again reaching the 50 cent range. I am tempted but without free cash or willingness to sell other stuff in exchange, but if it dips into the 40s, the temptation may be more than I can handle. That said, with those delayed financials, I am partially concerned.
