I finally got a hold of someone about the 10K filing. Here is the email I got from Ira Morris.

"I am the corporate secretary for Ami James Brands, Inc. I am working with the auditor to get the 10K and 10Q completed, and will provide update to you as to the progress. This is my priority to get filings completed and posted.
