And at the beginning, I actually gave Kimmie the benefit of the doubt, that maybe she was just screwed by Schadel as everyone else was. But now it seems she's just as culpable as Schadel. Not filing is a key sign things are bad, and it gives the appearance they knew exactly what they were doing.
I hope that tomorrow's court hearing brings out the fraudulent activity for all to see.
