What is the financial dilemma of Cool Tech the company? Do they have outstanding debt? I thought they paid that off this fall. Do they need dollars to bring some/all of their products to market?

Mr. Ustian has already made a significant difference by providing the capital to move the MG forward far enough to have a demonstration. He may have got one technology wrong, but he didn't get to where he got to at the top of Navistar with getting much wrong. The last one was just a big one. The fact he believes in, and is willing to fund MG is significant. Especially when he has so much other "stuff" on his plate.
