I like Barchart, just set the screening parameters according to what you want to screen. Their default screener includes stocks 2.00 or more but you can change that to 0.0001 - ?

**tip: Access the desktop site even if using you're mobile device. If you try & run the screener in the mobile app it will force you to pay 9.99 for for extra features.
