Yorkie....when a National Market sock is delisted from an Exchange Institutions that own stock are generally compelled to exit the stock by their Articles of Incorporation forbidding them from owning stocks that are no longer on an Exchange.

This happens to every delisted stock.

However, company insiders have no such Articles preventing them from holding their own company's stock.
