Robyn Jackson has quite a history with foods. Do you honestly think that they were going to sell the rights and patents of the Cubic Technology for $115,000 and walk away? No. It did happen, but I don't buy that is the end of it.

One of the most valuable thing that URBF has is the tap into the US Market by using the OTC ticker.

I do not own a lot of shares, just roughly 1/2 million. It is a small investment and I am willing to hold and see what happens after December 31st.

The funny thing is...Robyn Jackson and a few other guys that are in the company still own the shares. Why don't they just give it up? It's worthless...sell it. But they aren't...and I believe it's for good reasons. I'll sell my shares when they sell their shares.

The president & vice president of Bevo Agro are also the president & vice president of the private company called CGM Ventures Inc...CGM Ventures Inc owns 56.8% of Bevo Agro stock.

I believe they want to use the URBF Ticker to open up to the US market, and Robyn Jackson knows this...so they aren't going to sell the shares.

But if nothing happens after December 31st...then I'll think about what to do next.
