Peregrine Pharmaceuticals can make a name for themselves as the ones who stood up to those shorts that try to hold back run ups in stocks. Peregrine is now obviously about to run because the shorts just fleed completely....to the tune of .25%! I remember Jim Cramer clearly speaking when he said "you can't tell the truth" or something along those lines of "fabricating a story" and he mentioned about you could call Bob Pisani and leak something...and I am not sure exactly because can't find that video of Cramer right now....

All I do know is if most of the public hears that, how can ANYONE ever believe Cramer when he shouts and says sell a stock.
