With IMSC dominating sales levels in the EU and TSA some alternate financing should have been possible. Usury interest levels with Rock Star pay levels to a management team with higher priorities than common shareholders' ROI? With the continued recent TSA contract wins in OCT, a stronger effort was expected by dummies like me. GOV financing was not available considering the 'critical needs' of TSA?. ($.5B to Solandra?). Maybe our BOD thought they needed PP's permission or cosigning. House cats destroyed applications? Not worth the effort? Bonuses and future CIC payouts handed to all at the top seems to be their priority. Sure see the effort there and to repay 100% to PP et al, even under BK..
..
QS150E production, even for show/test/development models, may also have been affected by the issues between IMSC and this sub contractor. I saw no proof that the QS150E was ever submitted for TSA tests. A PR was not released.
Production of the initial TSA order for 1170 QSB220s was not Pr'ed as completed. Why?
Over the last 2 months we may hope that production continued and some revenues are due for deliveries on both orders.
I believe L3 will be using the Mass factory still and production continues?. Sad too for the great production work of the assemblers and engineers/techs/installers/networking SW gurus, ect.

FAILURE on so many levels. I do not give a fork for the claimed ineptitude of our scientists vs racketeers. This management has performed at EPIC levels of deception and greed with relationships to others that did NOT Apparently include loyalty or respect or common Fiduciary responsibility...JMHFO...
