I know I am like a dog with a bone on this issue. They are breaking all kinds of ethics imo and I am trying to figure out why! First to the post is all I can think of. Malhi and the bullrun team are masterful at looking after themselves but that is typical of most mining promoters. I think they fell into the rosebush instead of the shi@pile on the breathalyzer gig and have rubbed elbows with legitimacy that is making them toe the line. Yost has a reputation and clout and I don't think he will bend to the will of promoters. When Yost says it's ready, it will succeed imho.
