That's backwards again... Treaty and the gang are the ones responsible for the delays.

Defendants have themselves taken numerous actions to extend the duration of this litigation, including, but not limited to, their extensive motions practice, change of venue, and failure to timely respond to discovery. Further, the very Defendants that filed the vitriolic responses to Plaintiff’s Motions previously agreed to an extension of the schedule, before apparently determining to oppose it for tactical reasons.
