Yes you have. I was wrong the whole time. That recent filing, showing a 450 mil+ OS, throws Warrens credibility all the way out the window. The SEC needs to step in and ask Mr shephard why he is lying to investors.

Also, maybe the SEC would be interested in asking why he is sending PRs to investors before he puts them out <--- worst part, he is asking for corrections!!!! I have proof!!
