I've been in the stock a couple of times the last 3 months . We hit the .008s a few months back then Cdel started dumping hard. Someone produced an email from CEO stating there would be no dilution until 2017. This relieved a lot of people but I noticed Cdel continually dumping shares. He'll back off for a day or two , then goes back at it again .I'm not saying this is a scam but the CEO seems to have a great deal of trouble being truthful while trying to convince shareholders that he is.
