"This company has massive debt and is in transition of down sizing for the future which may not be in the best interest of new employees due to lack of seniority! When I first started in 2014 the company almost went bankrupt that should have been a sign for me to leave then but I stuck around hoping things would get better but it didn't. There's no pension they don't match ANYTHING 401k wise and the company is taking 15% of employees pay which they having been doing so for over 5 years plus being on call sucks. This company isn't family friendly and it'll be years until you get a Mon-Fri schedule because seniority is everything. Yrcw needs to realize that the place isn't what it use to be and get rid of those non-employee friendly rules and eat a slice of humble pie because no one wants to be there."
