Absolutely they got lucky and won the EPA award (or paid someone off who knows now) Then they banked on that pump promising the same old deals and that production would "ramp up" after a reasonable period. Unfortunately the share printer was the only thing that went into production. I think they should be in the printing business. That is their passion they love what they do never miss and always deliver the best product and always way ahead of schedule! Go HCTI!
