Unless GAAP works differently from European accounting, changes of asset value will be accounted as revenue. So when the share price of a spin-off company increases, SIAF EPS increases.

So EPS will be much higher in the coming years compared to if we would still be majority owners as the spinoff companies grows.

But none of this matters since we must start to value SIAF like a investment company, not by EPS and PE.
