Well maybe , but as time passes usually things end up getting worked out at some point , either deals made and bills passed and then the adjustment
The 3 yr charts show the peak and the bottoming out comparisons to VRX and ANTH here . Follow the leader and that's what the drug sector has been doing as I can clearly see the peaking out in both the same time right in the middle of 2015 . And then the dropping bottom double bottoms and so on.

basically 1 good reason until they give more clarity (which I think they are working on) that I like is we may be near sector recover , or at least just coming off the low lows , at least
