Punch TV is a scam and so is URBT in my personal opinion.
Ask Joseph Collins about the CFO Daniel Leonard for his public stock offering. Daniel Leonard is not a CPA. He prepared Collin's Punch TV financials. The financials may be fraudulent.

Collins is trying to set this company up as a back up plan if the first one gets shutdown in my opinion.

Check the judgment of over 1 million dollars against this POS.
