Well perhaps that is why raises with Paulson appear to have been easier on the market cap, because they did not place institutions but individual investors. I can tell you from my experience investing in micro cap bio's im not used to seeing private offerings get cut loose like what we witnessed. But CYDY is also an exception to my standard micro cap investment. I dont trade OTC and I rarely buy anything without considerable institutional backing. In my opinion this appears to be what you described but I think it must be more likely to occur with companies who have little to no corporate partners and I can see OTC being virtual breeding ground for transactions of that type.
