I've tried for years to find a broker that would allow me to short sell OTCBB/pinks (including DECN) from my individual trading account.

Is this even possible?

I don't have the internal market maker experience that you have, but I spent years trading via ECN's (mostly Island) prior to demise of the NYSE specialist system. I've also been previously licensed with a broker/dealer.

So....How and where can I short sell DECN (and similar) from my individual trading account?
