Hmmm, very interesting. So where do we find the first type of investor??? My understanding is that there was a lot of institutional interest generated for this last offering. This was the 1st institutional raise CYDY has done and I think its fair to say it had the worst outcome for our market cap. A 10% dilution turned into a nearly 40% haircut from the 200DMA to the low point. We raised at 0.75 a share, which has been the bench mark for our offerings over the past few years. But this raise was no larger than normal, $10mil, compared to some previous raises. 4Q last year and 1Q this year we raised $33mil and looking at the chart you wouldn't even know there had been an offering. Honestly im starting to think raising with Paulson is looking like a better deal every day. What are your thoughts this?
