The class settlement and the derivative settlement Final hearings have been held after numerous delay requests from Notis. They reached a proposed settlement on October 27 but the Court has to approve those settlements. There was supposed to an approval in mid-Dec but it looks like there may be another delay, perhaps, in my opinion because the original settlement value has gone down since Notis has been dicking around so long.
