But they are NOT damaging the PPS. That is my point. All of this discussion about 0.75 warrants has just started in the last 2 months for some reason. A lot of the comments I read imply that this "warrant selling" (and there is no warrant selling) is a result of this last private offering and is keeping the s/p low. Thats just simply not the case. There haven't been any 0.75 warrants issued since 2015 sometime and their existence goes all the way back to some of the first offerings years ago. Why is there all this chatter all of a sudden? Warrants did not cause the share price to drop to where it is now and they did not prevent it from running up to 1.50 this summer.

I think that people are using the term 'warrants' interchangeably with 'shares'. Warrants are not shares and its very important to differentiate between the two. Warrants absolutely CAN have an impact on s/p but any impact we are seeing with the 0.75 warrants is certainly not anything new because they have been in existence for a very long time.
