Personally, I think this is where mistakes are made..

Sure they could be scams also, but the likely hood opposed to a non SEC reporter is like night and day!

Granted when a company goes dark, it is all over but the crying but it doesn't make the SEC reporting OTC companies, like AMMJ, less scammy, imnsho.

Guess it will be seen where AMMJ goes.. so far the UNaudited financials and other toxic debt doesn't look good.

See that's the other thing... unaudited financials never give me a warm cozy feeling.
