A MM does not trade with their proprietary accounts in the Microcrap market. It's all "riskless" trading on their part.

A MM receives an order from a broker, and attempts to execute it. They receive an agreed upon broker commission cut previously negotiated with the broker.

The broker submitting the order might be your broker, or the broker for some Affiliate wanting to dump those 100M shares. The unbelievable evil MM merely executes the order.

What would really be unbelievable would be for our hero Clay to tell the SHs in one of the bogus OTC filings, who held convertible debt notes, and the date they were issued.
