As stated previously, better dd is required especially when dealing with horrid investments such as Telvue. Perhaps 85%+ losses that have occurred since the arrest may have been avoided.

By the way, when time permits, some supporting links or other verification would be appreciated as I suspect there lacks truth in such a statement. As someone who has practiced law for 30 years, I have never heard of such a thing.
