Not one thing inaccurate regarding what I posted.

Fact is, AMMJ is OTCQB - they do not trade on a real exchange.

I never said a word about their "obligation", I said the float that AMMJ showed on OTCMarkets was from 2014. That's just being lazy, it take all of 15 seconds for the company to change those numbers and provide readers with current and accurate data.
