The Offer resulted in the tender by shareholders, and acceptance for payment by the Purchasers, of a total of 38,662 Shares. A far cry from the 1.55MM they offered to purchase and yet 38K more than I thought the offer would fetch. Swindlers? That term did waft through my mind when I first saw the offer but no...a bid is a bid. Opportunistic? Very..but that ultimately has to be determined. It was fair, legal and quite smart. I'm jealous. lol. Since the tender amount was changed from $1.50 to $1 its fair to postulate their overall cost was in the neighborhood of $48,327.50. This just goes to show how misunderstood (and scary) the grey market can be. Marker: United Development F (UDFI) $4.25 up 0.1 (2.41%) Volume: 11,110
