Oh, good grief. First read what Judge Ungora said about him! look up the definition of "Scienter." Next, research all the failed pinky scams that Walther headed. Then use some logic. Such as; Walther said everyday for three years the company was doing great. He posted Farcebook photos & selfies and You Tube videos to try to shuck and jive anyone he could.

Then the truth came out in court:

2013 = $32,000.00 in sales and a $258,000.00 loss.

2014 & 2015 combined: $300.00 in sales ... TOTAL!!

Those are facts. I feel pretty comfortable saying Walther is a liar and a thief.
