I do not think people realize how big this deposit might really add up to.

Totally agree...

With Niobium production of 7490 metric tons per year. The PEA stated the Indicated Niobium contained in the Elk Creek resource has 578,200 tons of Niobium(Nb2O5) with a cut off grade of 0.30% Nb2O5. However, in the general presentation they use a cut off grade of 0.80% Nb2O5 which gives them 248,000 tons of Niobium material giving a life of mine of 33 years. So they are clearly leaving out the lower grade ore in their current presentation calculations (but they were originally going to use/process this 0.30% Nb2O5 ore). If that lower grade ore is included it would dramatically increase the life of the mine.

So some basic math:

248,000 tons (0.80%) / 7490 tons per year == ~33 years worth of Niobium material in the ground.

578,200 tons (0.30%) / 7490 tons per year == ~77 years worth of Niobium material in the ground.

That is nearly 2.5x the planned mine life of only 33 years if they process the lower grade ore as well.

Not to mention Mark Smith stating that the ore body is open at depth and in 2 other directions, which would be even more ore to process and many more years of mine life added.

This mine is hugely understated/undervalued.
