If JNJ buys at least the autofocus technology, they should buy it to Epgl and not to the new company. Huge value.
Furthermore, with licensing contracts, the revenues should go to Epgl and not to the new company.
Anyway, EPGL has value and is growing, the new company will have to because they want to make an IPO.
