What is EPGL gaining from the New Company?
Will EPGL own part of this private company?
If so; all EPGL share holders will already own the same equity.
Will it collect license royalties?
Will patents be sold to the new company?
Why would the partner give away shares to EPGL holders in this partnership?
A lot of questions and not one answer as to structure.
Hayes must think we are all mushrooms, fed S*** and kept in the dark.
This whole thing STINKS to high heaven.
