LOL SEC WELLS NOTICE=OLD NEWS SETTLED CASE-LETS POST HONEST TRUTHFUL UPDATED NEWS LIKE BETTER REVENUES AND BRIGHT FUTURE

Funny as the company in it's SEC filings has said that the commision plans to file suit, not that it has been settled. Why not tell the truth?
There are no "better revenues" and there is no bright future. The company is essentially bankrupt, need cash to operate and has no revenues in the foreseeable future.
