Maybe I am totally off the ANY

mark bringing a class action suit against ANY corporate. What seems to be the holdup? They have duped investors at every turn aided by SS, MK, and THEIR HTFNS newsletter.

I believe both share responsibility because ANY went so far as to have snippets of the n/l's pump of progress that never materialized to this day on their corporate site. Who was feeding the ANY/BS line in the newsletter's direction to pump to its subscribers? Sounds like collusion on the collaborative effort by both in fleecing investors.

So how can investors even think of recouping their losses if legal proceedings have not been initiated against this group of charlatans?
