Like you...I don't do the 'legalese' so well. The only reason I didn't add here at the open yesterday...despite having read the filing the evening before. I needed to see what the markets would do as the institutional buyers would know exactly what they were looking at. I'm thinking a 70% gain on big volume was a vote of support. Enough time for those gains to have been given back today if folks had 'that decimal misplaced'.
