That is just too funny. What you have, if anything, is acres of a rapidly decomposing waste byproduct that the refineries will happily dump on any property that will have it.

Not to worry. The Patent is fine. It is legally and properly owned by others. Turns out, it is a pretty valuable asset. Why did Walthers throw it away?
