I still don’t know exactly which companies that will be included in that spin off.



Not HSA. It will merge with CF1 + CF2.
So just SJAP and the Abattoir.

What will SJAP spinoff be worth for us?



I think the best indication we can get is from Capital Employed in the 10-Q.

So SJAP is "bigger" than fishery. Or you could say we own more (45%+) of it.
