I don't totally disagree with your analysis. However, some of us have conversed with 'the company' and realize the potential here.

Those that haven't done this DD are just assuming things...which is frustrating, because they make claims about what will happen like it's fact.

The facts are there is no company left and the company wants to pay out the shareholders that have zero return for 56 years of this mess. Also it's a fact that Cuba has settled with all other countries it has debt with (except the US).

The full payout for principle is ~$38 a share, so even a measly 4% payout (worst case?) is $1.50 per share.

After 56 years of the holdout, I don't think the US would settle for '0'. Otherwise what would have been the point of the embargo to begin with? Also, this sets a very bad precedent with other countries, letting them know that the US will eventually forgive you for taking over its property because we're soft.

So my theory is we will see something.

I don't feel 98% is the right chance for seeing '0'. I think we would see a few dollars. Or, the majority shareholders could start a new business, and we would have value as shareholders in that. However, I think Cuba will never give restitution and possible lawsuits can come due to these companies land being used by other countries or entities all these years.

Now yes, I admit, this payment in whatever form will be some years off. I'm not blind to this and expect it to take 5-10 years. However, to say nothing will happen here is naive. And that is the market sentiment because 56 years will make them that way.

But, I don't need to convince you or deet or anyone else of anything. However, confusing fact for assumption is frustrating me on these boards. This may drift lower possibly, but it will never get to .01 or lower as long as the claim is alive. I personally can make sure of that as heavy bids are waiting.

It's also not getting delisted or halted.

So there we are...a difference of opinion to some degree. I highly encourage all shareholders to talk to Nick and here what he has to say. He's not an OTC scam artist as some want you to believe lol. But don't invest here without knowing what you're getting into. There's no quick resolve.

Not all is as it seems on the surface. And yes, this long may be smarter than the market on this one I guess. Someone has to make money here ;)

I wish everyone luck. I'm not telling anyone to invest here. Just do proper DD before saying something one way or the other. I'm not against posting negative comments, EXCEPT if there is no facts behind it...which is what Mr. Deet is doing. Tell me why this is going to zero? What possibly makes you think that? What facts support this (not assumptions)? I'm open for debate.
