Keystone Solutions due diligence throws up some very interesting numbers, Formed out of AOC Key Solutions which is in business 33 years and has helped clients get 150 Billion in government contract wins. Their main man Jim McCarthy was named this year as one of the top 100 most influential people in winning government contracts. They obviously have cash or access to it as they recently bought Firestorm in a part cash deal. And speaking of Firestorm, it has was Brekford needs, quality people in multiple locations across the country. So what I see for Brekford out of this is a win on multiple fronts. They can easily expand their distribution without taking on all those extra staff, they have access to cash and funding, and most important of all, they are teaming with someone (Key Solutions) who will most likely, land them a billion dollar government contract
