Jeff Goh has settled more than 2/3's of the legal disputes. As soon as the last one is settled, I will post that SEC "No Action" letter.

Because it will soon follow after the SEC is informed that Jeff Goh has satisfied the complaints and settled in their best interest.

That is my opinion!
