The market for consistently money losing businesses is not so great, especially for deadwood like DCLT that nott only posts endless LOSSES, butt it's base bizzyness is played ~OUTT and moribund.

As for dilution, DCLT has numerous toxic convertible debt and preferred shares ~OUTT, and has announced a crushing 1 for 30 reverse split with no parallel 30-fold reduction in the AS. That can mean only ONE thing: headroom for MASSIVE DILUTION coming. There is no other reason nott to reduce the AS by 30x in parallel unless the company intends to dilute.

DCLT peaked in 2013. Since then there is nothing here for anyone to invest in. It's a money-losing dead-end business with a terrible CEO who couldn't make money if he was given the US Mint, ink, and paper.

HTH. There is simply no reason to 'invest' in a company that has no realistic prospect of ever making a profit.

Unless the goal is to get a capital loss for a taxable income reduction.
