There will not be an e ho if Besser wins their claim. It will not be to long after when they would merge echo into one of their other companies and echo shareholder will get at current prices 1 share of the new for every 15 shares of echo they currently hold. Besser wins according to their plan on $5M funding. At 35 cents plus 50% warrants would be an additional dilution of about 14.5M shares plus 7.2M warrants.Currently there are about 31M fully diluted shares. Add the warrants you would then have over 50M shares. They can not reverse splot it because their are only about 11.4M shares floating. 2.1 reverse split you would only have about 5.7M shares. Absolutely no liquidity for any institutiona buyers.
At $2 you are putting a value at $100M and no product.
Besser group is not stupid. They are 2 steps ahead. They know that the new CGM will work and will put their company on the map without that much dilution to their companies shares. Now that's what I call a humongous deal that will payback at a minimum of 20 times their investment. If the CGM gets approval in Europe and U.S. Every major medical device company would be bending over bacowards to take it over with a very high going forward sales valuation
That's how big money is made on biotech stocks and or medical devices.

Speculators or an arbitrager would be buying the Public company Besser has a major position in the event they are the winners in the claim against echo.

Shareholders pick your poison Besser or MTIA.As a disclosure I do not have a position in Echo. If i did I would be rooting for MTIA and hope MTIA learned a lesson and will put in a good management team.
