The facts are the facts...this stock is pure speculation, it's a start up. Some guys who have a pretty cool idea for an app, and are working hard on getting it launched. They acctually may be able to pull it off. Now I do agree that raising money by selling stock is fine, allowing the stock price to fall while doing it is not ok. This is far from the CEO being a crook, trying to scam investors. There is way better ways to make money out there. I don't think he would take such a big risk,scamming investors for such a small payoff because of the low PPS. I also know that the days of fluff PR in order to get the PPS to rise are over. They hired a new IR firm, and these guys operate differently that the previous. Who know what will happen, all I do know is you can buy 1 million shares for pretty darn cheap. There really isn't anything else quite like FDBL out there on the OTC. Hang tough guys, I honestly think they payoff will come...
