'stockless' there is no new Solaris that has been forgiven for being one year late on their filings.
There is only the existing Solaris that is one year behind in their filing.
The 8-Ks have no effect on that.

Tired of commenting, but they are not late on any rev filings. SPCLs old company is no longer. Pixels fins are what we are waiting for.

So if your thinking right about things here. The 8K in May told you everything. People need to read it. They really are not late on anything because if it is here by Jan of 17, like they said. Everything is in perfect order.

People worried about fins before Jan, are looking at this like old SPCL is still in business, they are not. Don't confuse a running business with an R/M. That is what a lot of people are doing here. Old SPCLs (Solaris Power cells Inc.) has been liquidated.
